Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the above mentioned job position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
  • CIPS Diploma Level 4
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Public Procurement
  • Clean class 4 driver’s license
  • Any additional relevant qualification(s) will be an added advantage

  • Receiving and processing departmental requisitions
  • Preparing various tenders/ bids according to specific requirements
  • Sourcing of quotations
  • Evaluation of bids
  • Preparation and expediting of orders
  • Contract management including establishing terms, pricing, quality and delivery requirements
  • Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain
  • Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships
  • Supplier monitoring and evaluation
  • Administering the Procurement Plan
  • Produce relevant periodic reports
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
