2. Experience with e-commerce is a must
3. Financial Analysis Skills
4. Excellent Management Skills

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Identify market potential and grow the business profile to ensure financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
3. Promote the company's products/services to prospective and existing customers.
4. Prepare all the necessary documentation in accordance with set down guidelines
5. Record and solve customers' complaints in a timely manner.
