CONSULTANCY

The following vacancy has arisen within our Consultancy Company. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in this vacancy.

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Two year experience in a similar or related environment
• Results oriented with good self management skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Apply highest standard of personal and professional integrity
  
  

• Monitoring and recording all cash movements on all bank statements daily to ensure there are no overdrawn accounts and rectify bank errors.
  
• Recording cash movements on the daily cash flow for payments planning payments planning purposes.
• Monitoring and safeguarding the company assets.
• Compiling the petty cash summary for reimbursement to maintain the petty cash float.
• Assisting in budget compilation.
• Preparing quarterly expenditure reports comparing actual and budgets.
• Preparing bank reconciliations by capturing bank statements, payments and receipts into Sage System.
• Monitoring and recording of company investments monthly.
• Clean class 4 driver`s license
