CONSULTANCY

We are looking for a young competitive personnel to join our team as a Research Surveys Consultant.

The ideal incumbent must possess the following minimum qualifications and competencies:

Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Data Science/Business Study and Computer Science.

Knowledge and practical experience in using Advanced Excel/SPSS/R-studio/CSPro.

Knowledge and understanding of research methods and survey techniques.

Good theoretical knowledge of the Zimbabwean economic outlook and market trends.

EXCELLENT communication, networking, and selling skills.

Ability to design data collection instruments, data entry, data manipulation, data processing and report writing

Clean Class 4 Driver`s license

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

To work with the team in developing and implementing sound research designs and methods.

Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in research designs.

Designing online data collection templates for various survey initiatives.

Online data collection for various research and survey initiatives.

Data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis using high-class Statistical Methods.

Generating reports from collated data and preparation of PowerPoint for the report finds.

Writing weekly research and economic articles for posting on the company website and social media platforms.

Business Development, marketing, and selling reports produced from the research and surveys.
