CONSULTANCY

We are looking for Field Officers (X2) to join our Research and Surveys Consultancy team. 

Knowledge and understanding of research methods and survey techniques.

Previous experience (2 years) in survey work and carrying out questionnaire-based 

Drivers license ( Class 3 and 4).

Diploma in Statistics from a registered and recognized college

Qualification or experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of entrepreneurship development activities is an added advantage.

Excellent skills in written and spoken English.

Good interpersonal and inter-organizational working experience.

Formulating evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork.

Inspecting delivery sites to ascertain the appropriateness of contemporary conditions.

Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion.

Inputting data into suitable software and then arranging this to facilitate analysis.

Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions.

Updating your expertise by employing a proactive approach to learning.

Administering questionnaire-based surveys

Accurately collect data from surveys using electronic data collection tools or paper

Timely and meaningfully support information flow from the field to the supervisors

Adhere to all data collection protocols during data collection activities
