We
are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our team as a Strategic Information
Services (Research and Surveys) Consultant.
JOB-RELATED ATTRIBUTES
The ideal incumbent
must possess the following minimum qualifications and competencies:
- Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Data Science.
- Knowledge and practical experience in using Advanced Excel/SPSS/R-studio/CSPro.
- Knowledge and understanding of research methods and survey techniques.
- Good theoretical knowledge of the Zimbabwean economic outlook and market trends.
- EXCELLENT communication, networking, and selling skills.
PRINCIPLE
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- To work with the team in developing and implementing
sound research designs and methods.
- Identifying key areas of concern and areas of
improvement in research designs.
- Designing online data collection templates for
various survey initiatives.
- Online data collection for various research and
survey initiatives.
- Data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis
using high-class Statistical Methods.
- Generating reports from collated data and
preparation of PowerPoint for the report finds.
- Writing weekly research and economic articles for posting on the company website and social media platforms.
- Business Development, marketing, and selling reports produced from the research and surveys.
