Sales Executive




Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for an experienced Sales Executive in Level 4 to join the Sales Department. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above mentioned post.

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Bachelors
  • Market intelligence
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Must posses collaborating and influencing skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge in vehicle products
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in the Automotive/ FMCG/ Manufacturing preferred.

A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting vehicle products to customers and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing sales.

  • Creates brand awareness in the market
  • Follows up customers through mails and phone contacts  to achieve or exceeds sales targets and  initiates Customer visits on pre-arranged appointments 
  • Establishes Customer requirement and guides on the vehicle purchase for the actual purpose
  • Closes deals in the earliest possible time and drops those which have not been able to respond.
  • Negotiates the deal as an aid to closing a sales
  • Coordinates with all stake holders and ensures smooth delivery processes
  • Responds to Customers queries and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Receives the delivery documents from the operations office
  • Ensures that all required standards and PDI checklist have been duly ticked
  • Inform the client to pick the vehicle and together with the PDI team ensure the delivery documents are duly signed off by PDI team, SE and client.
  • Liaises with PDI team, guides customer on spare parts purchase, vehicle accidents and off-road vehicles, debt collection on defaults etc.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and comfort with the product
  • Attends trade exhibitions, conferences & submits reports 
  • Creates an updates customer data base
  • Penetrates new markets & business opportunities; Provides market intelligence to the Line Manager 
  • Carries out any other duties as directed by Line Manager
