Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above-mentioned post.

  • Degree in human resources or related
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with management to set out new HR systems

  • Maintenance of accurate and current HR records for all employees (e.g. emergency contact details, next of kin, leave days, sick days, loans etc..)
  • Establishment of recruitment policies and procedures and review of current Job Effectiveness Descriptions
  • Update existing Code of Conduct manuals & Employee Handbooks
  • Compliance with Labour Laws and maintaining labor relations/resolution of employee grievances
  • Operational compliance with established Health, Safety, and Welfare standards
  • Establishing a training regime and assessing employee performance (via an established scorecard system)
  • Compliance with all statutory returns (e.g. PAYE / NEC / NSSA) and all payments in respect of salaries and wage
  • Maintenance of salary and wage records (via established Belina system) and effecting monthly payments thereof.
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns (possible)
