from self-motivated, results orientated suitably qualified and experienced
persons for the above-mentioned job position.
- BSc.
Mechanical Engineering.
- A
managerial
or supervisory qualification is a distinct advantage.
- Hands-on
experience in heavy manufacturing industry production maintenance
environment.
- Conversance
with statutory requirements on maintenance and inspection of pressure
vessels and boilers.
- Knowledge
of relevant engineering legislation.
- Experience
with project management tools like Microsoft project.
- Knowledge
of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems will be an added
advantage.
- Day
to day management of a Boiler shop and Machine shop.
- Management
of Engineering planning and inspection.
- Overseeing
the overall management of Plant shutdown.
- Giving
technical assistance to Production Units.
- Supervision
and training of subordinates.
- Supervision
of apprentice training program, engineering graduate trainees and students
on attachment.
