SHORT TERM INSURANCE

Our client in the Short term insurance industry is looking for an ICT graduate trainee, applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above-mentioned post.

• At least a 2.1 Degree in Computer Science/Information System or related. 
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and confidence.

• Attend to user requests.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Support PC hardware and software.
• Monitor backup systems and perform daily backups.
• Provide backup technical support for networks.
• Identify any log system issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
