Precise Management and Research Consultancy has been retained by a leading Microfinance Services Institution to identify and recommend a qualified Principal Registered Estate Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manage the overall properties function of the company and ensuring effective and efficient processes for the properties unit.
- Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Registration as a Principal Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate, including property management and sales.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in the real estate sector.
- Membership with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ) is an added advantage.
- Clean disciplinary record and compliance with ethical standards.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Manage and oversee all property-related activities within the institution.
- Ensure compliance with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe (EACZ) regulations and the Estate Agents Act.
- Manage client trust accounts in line with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of estate agents, providing guidance and performance management.
- Facilitate property transactions, including sales, leasing, and valuations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present property reports and valuations.
- Ensure ethical standards and best practices are adhered to at all times.
