We have been retained by our client in the automotive sector to facilitate the recruitment and selection of a Service Advisor within their organisation.


The Service Advisor acts as the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. The role involves scheduling vehicle services, welcoming and assisting customers, accurately documenting service needs, coordinating with technicians, preparing quotations, and providing regular updates and post-service follow-ups. Additionally, the Service Advisor supports sales efforts, contributes to quality control, and ensures adherence to safety and operational standards.

  • Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology or Business Administration
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a service advisory role within the automotive sector
  • Manufacturer-specific training (e.g., Toyota, Isuzu, Ford, etc.) is an advantage

  • Schedule service appointments and manage daily workshop flow
  • Welcome customers, assess service needs, and document job requirements
  • Generate accurate quotations and obtain repair authorizations
  • Liaise with parts department and technicians for seamless operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates and post-service calls
  • Conduct vehicle pre-inspections and quality control checks
  • Maintain service documentation in line with warranty and SOP requirements
  • Support marketing activities and contribute to ongoing team training
