The Service Advisor acts as the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. The role involves scheduling vehicle services, welcoming and assisting customers, accurately documenting service needs, coordinating with technicians, preparing quotations, and providing regular updates and post-service follow-ups. Additionally, the Service Advisor supports sales efforts, contributes to quality control, and ensures adherence to safety and operational standards.
