• Knowledge of Microsoft is a requirement.
• At least 1 -2 years’ relevant experience in a similar post
• Yield management and sales skills an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.

• Make outbound calls to customers to conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Ask structured questions and accurately record responses.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in handling customer data.
• Compile survey data and provide reports on key insights.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and capture data accurately
