1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.

2. Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

3. A Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles involving strategic planning, project management, operations or training and development.

4. Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills

5. Ability to engage audiences effectively
