We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill in the position of Finance and Budget Officer for our client in the NGO sector.

• Degree in business administration, finance or related.
• Professional Certification(CPA,ACCA) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong knowledge with budgetary policies and practises, financial regulations and rules.

The Finance and Budget Officer will be responsible for the following duties duties

• Analyses budget submissions, obtains clarifications and justifications.
• Provides advice and guidance to headquarters and field staff on budgetary and financial  policies and procedures.
• Analyses and monitors  budget implementation.
• Conducts  research and prepares communication to donors on financial aspects of trust fund activities.
