Our client in the health sector is looking for an experienced candidate to fill in the position of Programme Management Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of assigned programmes/projects for the organization.

1. 1. A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
3. Fluency in English(both oral and written) is a must
4. Background or familiarity with disaster risk reduction/climate change
5. Experience in project or programme management. administration or related area

1. Performs consulting assignments, in collaboration with the client, by planning and facilitating workshops, through other interactive sessions and assisting in developing the action plan
2. Researches, analyzes and presents information gathered from different sources
3. Assists in policy development
4. Undertakes survey initiatives
5. Prepares various reports such as background papers, analysis, disaster risk reduction
6. Leads outreach activities
7. Conducts workshops and training in relation to disaster risk reduction
8. Participates in or leads field missions
9. Coordinates activities related to budget and funding 
10. Prepares financial statements, and progress reports related to projects
11. Performs other duties as required
