Our client in the Health Sector is looking for an experienced candidate to fill in the position of Legal Officer. The selected candidate will offer legal advice and guidance to ensure the organization complies with laws and regulations. They will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts as well as coordinating with external lawyers when necessary. 

1, Bachelor of Laws Degree

2. A registered legal practitioner

3. Knowledge and understanding of the health industry is a must

4. Ability to provide legal advice

1. Conducting research, drafting, and reviewing legislation and legal notices concerning the health sector
2. Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
3. Ensuring compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
4. Assisting in managing outsourced legal services.
5. Monitoring legal and regulatory environment for any changes in legislation which have a bearing on the organization.
6. Preparing legal opinions on legal issues pertaining to the organization's mandate.
7. Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the superior
