Our client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking for an ICT Graduate Trainee trainee. Applications are invited from qualified candidates to for the job position.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  

Attend to user requests.

Troubleshoot problems.

Support PC hardware and software.

Monitor backup systems and perform daily backups.

Provide backup technical support for networks.

Identify any log system issues.

Perform any other duties as assigned.
