We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill in the position of Regional Manager for our client in the Microfinance Industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation, sales and business development activities of all business branches under the company's region to ensure growth, achievement of revenue targets and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor of Business Administration or any other related field

2. Masters in Business Administration is an added advantage

3. Strong Leadership skills

4. Proven track record of problem solving and analytical skills

1.     Ensures portfolio growth for long term sustainability and profitability of the institution.

2.     Reviews clients’ records and submitted applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.

3.     Supports and motivates business development officers in executing their tasks

4.     Provides effective leadership to the Crediconnect regional team ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.

5.     Trains and coaches subordinates

6.     Participates in product development and implementation

7.     Formulates viable regional strategies and plans for the growth of the entity.

8.     Ensures achievement of set lending targets, other goals as agreed in the business plans and annual budgets

9.     Carries out performance reviews and ensures operational staff members are highly motivated.

10.  Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs.

11.  Promotes the company’s products/services and ensures they are addressing clients’ objectives.

12.  Initiates new product development and innovation.

13.  Initiates litigation processes against defaulters under the supervision of the Credit and Risk Department.

14.  Ensures privacy and data protection principles.
