PARASTATALS
We have been retained by our client in the Quasi- Government Sector for the recruitment and selection of an experienced office orderly. The candidate is expected to clean and maintain the offices, serve refreshments to the meetings and purchase company grocery items.
• At least 5 o levels including English
• Housekeeping Certificate
• At least 1 year` experience in a similar role
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Cleans reception and boardroom daily
• Cleans all offices twice a week
• Cleans office furniture and window sills as per approved schedule
• Cleans Kitchen and all utensils daily
• Empties bins daily
• Completes cleaning registers accordingly and forwards them to Human Resources and Administration Officer for review
• Inspects for cleanliness on the courtyard, toilets and grounds daily
Serving refreshments for the meetings
• Prepares refreshments for meetings according to weekly meeting schedule
• Serves refreshments and meals to staff and clients as and when necessary
• Requests and procures office refreshments as required
Purchasing of Grocery Items
• Compiles list of groceries for the office as required
• Submits grocery list to Human Resources and Administration Administrative Officer for approval
• Manages grocery inventory list daily
• Stores and secures the groceries appropriately
• Reconciles receipts in liaison with the Assistant Accountant
